PLEASE NOTE: Some large items can not be sent Express Pre-noon or Saturday delivery. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

We have a lead time of one week on most of our items.  At exceptionally busy times, for example at Christmas or during the summer when we are displaying our items at Craft Fairs, we will work hard to dispatch your order as soon as we can.

We do not process orders over the weekend or during Public Holidays, so if you place your order after 2pm on Friday, throughout the weekend or during a Public Holiday, we will send it to you on at the earliest possible date after manufacture.

International Delivery

We do not ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (including delivery charges) unless the address provided is incorrect or the recipient has refused delivery in which case only the cost of the goods will be refunded. We cannot re-dispatch orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website.
